Features and Applications

Actmix LLB-2/GE is a comprehensive accelerator combined with composite accelerator synergistic components. Compared with traditional accelerators, it can fully improve the degree of vulcanization reaction, reduce the residual amount of accelerator used, effectively reduce the irritating odor brought by traditional vulcanization accelerators, and lower the volatile harmful gases generated during the vulcanization process. It has excellent properties such as no nitrosamine generation, fast vulcanization, no blooming, good dispersion and convenient use, and is suitable for various extruded and molded rubber products.

Dosage: EPDM: 100.0phr LLB-2/GE: 3.0-7.0phr CaO-80GE:6.0-10.0phr S-80GE: 0.8-2.5phr
Application: Various extruded and molded rubber products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25Kg per carton; 600Kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
